As a dynamic and growing accountancy firm with over 700 employees, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding people team to recruit across various internal disciplines at all levels, becoming an integral part of the team.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, collaborating closely with both candidates and hiring managers.

Additionally, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates, contributing to our talent pipeline.

Your Role

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment Leadership: Lead the full 360 recruitment process, including from initial engagement to close

  • Sourcing & Networking: Proactively network and source potential candidates using a variety of methods to minimise reliance on external agencies

  • Recruitment Processing: Handle all aspects of recruitment administration independently, ensuring smooth processing from start to finish

  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, manage trends, and address challenges

  • Graduate Recruitment: Play a key role in the recruitment of graduates, planning and managing assessment days, open days, inductions and career fairs

  • Candidate Journey: Oversee the candidate experience from start to finish, maintaining the highest level of customer service throughout the process

  • Talent Pipeline: Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles, ensuring the business is well-prepared for growth

  • Networking & Social Engagement: Represent the business by attending relevant networking, social events, workshops

Education, Skills and Experience

  • Interviewing Confidence: Comfortable conducting face-to-face interviews in a professional services environment, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers

  • 360 Recruitment Cycle Management: Proven experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and onboarding

  • Lateral Thinking & Enthusiasm: A creative, lateral thinker with a high level of enthusiasm, able to approach challenges with innovative solutions

  • Time Management & Prioritization: Strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring efficient time management and timely delivery of recruitment goals

  • GDPR Knowledge: Good understanding of GDPR laws and their application in recruitment and candidate data management

  • D&I Best Practices: Familiarity with Diversity & Inclusion best practices and commitment to fostering an inclusive recruitment process

  • Data Analysis & Evaluation: Proven experience in using data analysis to assess recruitment performance, identify trends, and evaluate strategies
