As Office Administrator, you will be instrumental in the making of a great first impression, whether that’s greeting clients and visitors to our offices or producing accurate, professional work.

This is a permanent, full-time position 09.00 – 17.15 Monday to Friday and based in our Burton office.

You Role as Office Administrator

Responsibilities

  • You will be working closely with internal teams to assist with project administration for specific clients

  • You will be efficient and effective in the operation of grant applications and approval processes for a varied client base

  • You will accurately produce client correspondence, meeting notes, reports and any other required documents using appropriate software

  • You will manage the arrangements of internal and external meetings, prepare refreshments for clients, and create welcoming environment

  • Undertaking general office administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning and sorting mail

  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the office always presents a professional image

  • Liaise with external contractors when required to ensure the office functions are smooth running

Skills and Experience

  • You need to be confident in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Good oral and written communication skills with a professional manner

  • Be confident with database administration and accuracy of detail

  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment and deliver quality administration

  • You will have a proactive, conscientious, and professional manner and a diligent work ethic

  • Ability to use and learn internal software and systems

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or Equivalent (Not essential)
