Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to a partner

  • Participate in initial meetings with distressed companies, working closely with Directors to identify the most appropriate financial solutions

  • Manage a substantial caseload of corporate insolvency matters, ensuring effective case progression

  • Delegate tasks within the team and oversee the efficient advancement of cases

  • Be able to manage WIP and provisions on portfolio and meet the monthly deadlines

  • Provide training to your team members and ensure compliance with current regulations

  • Actively engage in the firm’s networking and business development initiatives

Attributes

  • At least 4 years of experience in corporate insolvency

  • JIEB qualification is advantageous but not essential

  • Experience in attending initial meetings and successfully securing engagements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring less experienced team members
