Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Originate new business revenue by executing the Client Acquisition and Development strategy, collaborating with the broader Partner & Director teams to drive growth.

  • Enhance the McInerney Saunders market presence and brand awareness by leveraging Key Business Influences (KBI’s) and building strong relationships within the industry.

  • Foster and maintain strategic relationships with the Client Acquisition Team, stakeholders, partners, directors and key business influencers to support business objectives.

  • Conduct competitor analysis, track market trends and gather actionable insights to inform decision-making and refine strategies.

  • Develop a robust referral network, driving lead generation and support business expansion.

  • Play a key role in the development and execution of strategic business plans, contributing to our long-term growth objectives.

Attributes

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, ideally in a professional service or complex B2B client-facing environment.

  • Leaving certificate educated with previous experience in a professionally related field such as Marketing, Sales or similar disciplines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking, lateral thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced work environment.
