Dains are recruiting an experienced and strategic Application Manager, to join our highly successful IT team.
Our recent acquisitions create a fast-paced and exciting place to work! You will be working across the whole Dains Group, giving you exposure to different service needs that will allow you to work independently in the development of a strong applications process.
As Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management, maintenance, enhancement and merger of our CCH applications across the group. This role requires a deep understanding of CCH software, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of CCH. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s IT landscape.
Your Education, Skills & Experience
Proven experience in managing CCH applications or similar software
Strong technical skills and knowledge of application management best practices
You should have experience working with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
You should have strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to develop and implement solutions that optimise business operations
