The Business Integration Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless transition and integration of entities joining our group. This position involves coordinating across all of our departments to align strategies, processes, systems, and cultures. The Business Integration Manager will serve as a key leader, guiding teams through the complexities of integration while addressing challenges.

Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive integration plans that outline key milestones and deliverables. This involve you engaging with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals and assessing potential risks that could impact the integration process

  • Be able to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across both organisations. By facilitating open communication, ensuring that concerns are addressed and that everyone is aligned on integration objectives

  • Oversee multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Effective project management skills are crucial for juggling competing priorities and ensuring that all teams remain focused

  • You will develop and execute a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the integration process in order to manage expectations and build trust among employees

  • Manage the integration budget to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently. This involves monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial accountability throughout the integration process

  • You will build on our established integration approach and processes to further develop these, create supporting artefacts & drive a leading practice, efficient, repeatable integration approach.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Project management

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strong Communications

  • Change management

  • Post deal integration experience is preferred but not critical

  • Degree level qualification

  • Project qualifications (e.g. Prince2, Agile etc).
