Dains is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this key role, you will act as a bridge between the IT department and business stakeholders, ensuring that technology solutions align with organisational goals.

Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and analyse current business processes within the financial retail sector to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with IT capabilities and strategic goals

  • Develop and propose IT solutions that address business needs, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction

  • Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards

  • Utilise data analytics to support decision-making processes and provide insights into business performance

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management
