Your Role as Audit Manager - Birmingham

Responsibilities

  • You will manage your own portfolio of clients and build trusting and respectful working relationships

  • You will carry out planning, executing and finalising audit assignments

  • Assist with the development of systems and procedures

  • You will ensure that the highest standards of quality and accuracy are met at all times

  • You will be instrumental in team leadership, line management and career development

  • You will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring junior team members

  • Motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals

  • Be instrumental in the review process of audit files and completion is in line with best auditing practice

  • Providing advice to clients where action and improvements is required, in a constructive and professional manner

  • Working closely with directors and partners of the audit team in a collaborative and supporting manner

Attributes

  • You will have obtained ACA/ACCA professional qualifications

  • You will be able to build strong client relationship management experience

  • Have confidence and tenacity to develop team members

  • Good time management skills and able to deliver quality results

  • You must be willing and conscientious to deliver high quality results
