We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Nottingham on a full-time basis. We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a receptionist, or someone with a strong administration background.

Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Forwarding accurate phone messages to team members and monitoring and responding to emails

  • Filing and office administration – photocopying, scanning, sorting mail

  • Arranging the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities

  • Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies

  • Ensuring that HSKSG offices present a professional image at all times

  • Producing letters, reports and other ad hoc duties using Microsoft Office

Skills & Experience

  • To have a good understanding of Outlook and any other packages which are relevant to the role

  • To have a good understanding of Microsoft Word and a good understanding and familiarity with other Microsoft software, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Accuracy whether communication is written or verbal

  • You may from time to time be required to attend courses to aid you in the capacity to fulfil your role

  • Strong Administration background
