As an Accounts Assistant, they will be involved in preparing accounts, supporting bookkeeping tasks, reconciling financial data, and assisting with VAT returns. This role is integral to ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and accurate financial reporting.

Your Role

Responsibilities

  • Accounts preparation work of limited companies, partnerships and sole traders

  • Planning and scheduling work to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget

  • Ensuring that all client information is obtained timeously, and all Companies House filling deadlines are met

  • Presenting managers with complete sets of accounts with minimal queries

  • Building and maintain client relationships

  • Work in Conjunction with our tax department with preparation of personal tax returns

  • Undertake Xero demonstrations, set ups and training for clients

Your Education, Skills & Experience

  • Experience of accounts preparation

  • Experience in Healthcare sector is desirable

  • IT literate including advanced Excel and knowledge of Xero
