Your Role as Accounts Advisory Senior

  • You will be responsible for leading client relationships, advising clients and building relationships across a variety of sectors

  • Proactively deal with client queries and requests in relation to HMRC, PAYE and VAT

  • You will support the planning of jobs for yourself and trainees whilst providing them with adequate training

  • Efficiently prepare statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax computations and unincorporated accounts to a good standard ready for the review by the senior team

  • To oversee a small number of clients including managing workflow, preparation, and meeting deadlines, whilst also maintaining existing client relationships

  • You will actively support junior members of the team and enhance their development

Attributes

  • You need to have obtained your ACA or ACCA qualification

  • You should have reputable experience working for an accountancy practice

  • You must be confident in your experience with Cloud accounting software packages, XERO, Sage, and Excel

  • You will have a tenacious and willing attitude towards your team members and clients

  • You will be a confident and articulate communicator

  • Be dedicated to delivering a quality service to clients

  • A full UK driving licence is preferred as you will commute to clients’ sites occasionally
