Shiva is dedicated to managing and delivering audit and assurance services to a diverse clientele, including SMEs, charities, academies, and travel agents. His journey began at Dains in 2012, and he’s been captivated by the company's culture and values ever since.
Shiva’s interactions with colleagues and clients are greatly influenced by this ethos. He prioritises nurturing strong long-term client relationships, starting by actively listening to understand their business intricacies. Collaboratively, they work towards achieving their goals, with Shiva providing guidance and support whenever needed. He is a firm believer in a straightforward, down-to-earth approach, promoting clarity and seamless interactions.
Shiva enjoys trail running, a pursuit that keeps him grounded and energised. His commitment to fostering growth and empowerment extends beyond the office, as he is also coach for a U12 girls' football team. Family time is also important to Shiva.
