David is responsible for the delivery of corporation tax and shareholder related tax services to businesses and their owners.
David has more than 30 years experience at international and mid-tier firms as well as Dains advising clients on minimising their tax liabilities, specialising in corporate transactions, reorganisations and property. David likes to work with clients, building relationships and meeting on a regular basis to develop long term tax planning. David has worked with some clients for more than a decade, often through a series of transactions.
In his spare time David enjoys running, watching sport, photography and listening to rock music.
